  • Our personal accident insurance provides peace of mind for you and your employees with financial assistance in the event of an employee’s sickness, accidental injury, or death.
  • Through AIG’s global network, we also have the ability to offer global serviced insurance programs outside of New Zealand for personal accident, travel, and warranty insurance for businesses of any industry type or size.   We remain one of a very small number of insurers in the New Zealand market who have the ability to do this across these specialty lines of business.

Personal Travel Insurance Policyholders

We offer a range of travel insurance products via our banking, airline and other major partners as well as Corporate Travel Insurance through our broker intermediaries.

Check if you are covered

If you have travel insurance with AIG through your ANZ or Westpac credit card, you can check if you are covered for an upcoming trip at our Travel Activate site.

Making a Claim

If you have a policy with us and you need to make a claim, please download, complete and sumit to us a Leisure Travel or Credit Card Leisure Travel claim form.

Emergency Assistance

If you are a policyholder and require emergency assistance, please contact Travel Guard, AIG’s 24 Hour Emergency Assistance provider on +64 9 359 1645.

We will happily accept reverse charge calls.
